Sheet raw materials are firstly cut by our hydraulic shearing machine and laser plate cutter, then delivered to the press brake station for precision forming:
All exhaust mounting brackets that fix exhaust pipes onto vehicle chassis are bent here to matched radian and installation dimension;
Muffler outer casing, end cover and reinforcing sheet are formed via multi-step bending to form complete shell structure for later welding and assembly;
Custom logo engraved metal plates and special-shaped connecting sheets for bespoke exhaust orders also rely on this bending equipment to realize personalized shape forming.
