The F87 M2 is the driver's M car. Short wheelbase. Rear-wheel drive. Turbocharged inline-six pushing power through the rear tires with enough torque to break traction in third gear on a cold morning. It weighs less than an M4, turns in sharper than an M4, and communicates more through the steering wheel than any M car since the E46. The factory cast wheels are the single heaviest unsprung component on the car. Replacing them with forged monoblock units drops 3 to 4 kilograms per corner -- and on a chassis this communicative, every kilogram you remove from the unsprung mass speaks directly to your hands and your seat.
The F87 M2 runs a staggered setup from the factory. The front wheels are narrower, the rear wheels wider, and the offset is specific to the M2's wider track and flared arches. This is not a 2 Series wheel that happens to fit. The M2 uses M3-spec suspension components that push the hubs further outward, and the offset must account for that wider track, the larger M compound brake calipers, and the fender lip clearance at full compression. Our offset is measured on a real F87 M2 at the correct ride height, through the full steering and suspension range. The wheels sit flush without spacers, clear the calipers without rubbing, and fill the arches the way the factory units should have from the start.
The F87 platform covers three distinct models -- the original M2 with the N55 engine, the M2 Competition with the S55 from the F80 M3, and the limited-run M2 CS with the same S55 tuned to 444 horsepower. All three share the same wheel fitment. All three benefit from the same weight reduction. All three look better with a set of forged monoblock wheels that match the aggression of the chassis underneath. Forged 6061-T6 aluminum. Custom spoke design, finish, and logo.
